Spider-Man: Far From Home Costume Photos Debut

Multiple reports have revealed that the first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer is set to debut at Brazil Comic Con on Saturday, December 8, with online release following shortly after.

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old actor posted the briefest of clips in which he's shown poring over an old issue of the Spider-Man comic books.

Jake captioned the video, "I just realized I'm not playing Spider-Man".

The Oscar nominee has given in and joined Instagram, and if his first post is any indication, we expect a ton of adorableness over the coming months. Now, the Oscar-nominated actor has finally put an end to the rumors.

The Nightcrawler actor has always been rumoured to be portraying Quentin Beck / Mysterio - a key enemy of Spider-Man in the Marvel Comics - in the upcoming film, a sequel to 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming.

In May, it was reported that Gyllenhaal was in talks to play the role of Spider-Man's adversary in the Far from Home film.

He will be joining Tom Holland, who is reprising his role as Peter Parker / Spider-Man, as well as cast members including Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Marisa Tomei, Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Keaton.
