Lindsay Lohan Tries to Help ''Refugee Family'' in Bizarre Vid

Lindsay Lohan has come under criticism for something rather weird.

The actress initially offers to take the two young boys to a hotel to watch a film and suggests the children should not be "on the floor". "You want to come with me?" (Some outlets, like Fox News and TMZ, say she was punched.) Turning the camera on herself, Lohan says, "I'm like in shock right now, I'm just like so scared", and cries while touching her face.

She accused a woman of human trafficking while speaking gibberish, distantly reminiscent of Arabic, until the woman got into fight with her and left the celebrity in tears.

She continues: "Do you want to stay in a hotel tonight?" At one point she says, "You're ruining Arabic culture". She offered the children in the family to go with her to watch TV and movies. "If someone is offering them a home and a bed, which is me at the moment, give it to them".

While it is not clear whether the family understood what Lohan is saying, when she appeared to move to take one of the children away from the family, a scuffle broke out, resulting in Lohan being physically pushed to the ground.

She then appears to become involved in a physical altercation with the mother who hits her in the face. Let's go. You're gonna be the boss from now on. "I want you to tell America what you need and I will get it for you".

The actress had been riding in a auto in what TMZ has said is Moscow when she spotted a homeless family by the roadside.

"Looks what's happening. They're trafficking children", Lohan claims in the video, which has been posted in full on YouTube. Lindsay tried to approach one of the boys and take him by the hand, causing the woman to angirly protest and get into a scuffle with the actress. "I'll take you with me and we will see them tomorrow".

"I won't leave until I take you", Lohan says.

"Lindsay wasn't trying to "abduct" anybody, and she thought that was obvious in the video".

Social media was in an uproar in response to Lohan's video, with both hate and praise for Lohan across the Twitterverse. Lohan has been laying low for a while, but this aggressive act of unsolicited kindness is putting her back in the spotlight.
