Fallout 76 Details Leak From Multiple Sources

So Bethesda recently announced an unexpected teaser for their latest Fallout game, titled "76".

The report confirms that the game will have quests and a story to follow, and will also carry on the base-building mechanics found in Fallout 4. But the vault is silent and there is no one, save one person in a Vault 76 jumpsuit complete with a Pip-Boy and the ending statement, "In Vault 76, our future begins".

What we do know is that the new Fallout game is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC. Check out promo images below. Most likely, we would see this on stage during their E3 conference and not in a stand-alone stream.

Another time a hand doing the Vault Boy thumbs-up would flash by, and later a man wearing a Skyrim shirt comes in and whispers something to the Vault Boy statue. Now things may change as more details are revealed, and this could still result in something brilliant. The developer hasn't listed any pre-order bonuses for the game, but we'll keep you updated on that front.

The titular Vault 76 has previously been mentioned but never seen in previous Fallout games.

The teaser trailer shows the aftermath of a celebration inside Vault 76, after which the inhabitants have apparently gone back outside. Bethesda has posted a Twitter post with what very much looks like the loading screen for Fallout. While some of the more popular theories were Fallout 5, Fallout Online, and a remaster of Fallout 3, Bethesda seems to have forgotten how to count.

Bethesda have finally announced the newest addition to the Fallout franchise: Fallout 76.

They also claim that their sources have told them that the game has evolved through the years, and doesn't quite match up with their original vision.

Fallout 76 will undoubtedly feature Vault 76, a control vault set to open 20 years after the nuclear war had ended.

The new Fallout game will be one of the earliest instalments in the game's timeline, apparently set just a few decades after the original bombs fell. Is this game the fifth installment of the Fallout series, or is it something else?
