'Johnny English Strikes Again' Trailer Starring Rowan Atkinson

He's joined by a starry cast that includes Dame Emma Thompson as the Prime Minister (okay, so we added the "dame") and Ben Miller as sidekick Bough. With supporting turns from the likes of Natalie Imbruglia and John Malkovich, the first movie was a commercial success but a sequel didn't materialize until 2011 with Johnny English Reborn which featured more of the same spy-spoof gags and slapstick humor. The film is a comedy set in a 007 spy world but the Bond character is played by Rowan Atkinson.

Directed by David Kerr, Johnny English Strikes Again will open in the United Kingdom on 12 October 2018. It's an announcement that completely flew by me unnoticed, probably because I was too busy thinking about Star Wars or the next several dozen Marvel films that are in the works. It's exhausted, and we as a society of trailer-watching individuals should move on from it. Yesterday, the newest trailer for the project's third movie was released.

Johnny English Strikes Again finds Rowan Atkinson's bumbling secret agent called out of retirement and dealing with the fallout of a cyber-attack.

His alter-ego is seen getting into scrapes and causing chaos in Johnny English Strikes Again.
